Timed Research and Exclusive Encounters in the Pokémon GO City Safari Boston Rescheduled as a Global Event for Ticket Holders
Because players cannot physically spin stops in Massachusetts, the Special Research has been adjusted. It will now function as Timed Research exclusive encounters, ensuring everyone gets their promised rewards. Completing these tasks will yield rare regional encounters.
Players can look forward to catching Flabébé (Orange Flower), Hawlucha, Mudbray, and Komala. Additionally, an exclusive supplementary Special Research line will be distributed. This secondary research will grant up to nine encounters with the highly sought-after Explorer hat Eevee location background featuring Boston, bringing a piece of the city to you.
Players will have an incredibly generous window to claim these rewards. You have from October 24, 2026, all the way through October 23, 2028, to log in and secure this research. However, the physical Boston GO Stamp Rally has been permanently canceled.
| Featured Pokémon | Encounter Type | Special Features |
|---|---|---|
